Our goal to providing our clients with continual staff education and support throughout the term of a CSS Perioperative Equipment Management (P.E.M.) Program.
With our On-Site Training program, a CSS Educator will work closely with your facility's staff at all levels to ensure training retention is achieved. Through our proven processes of both on-line and "hands on" training, we assist in developing and reinforcing immediate areas of improvement while executing a specific plan that has measurable results.
- Facility and Staff assessments are completed annually to ensure continual development of improvement initiatives.
- With our On-Line Educational Portal, you have access to a managed training program which are done with you and your staff's busy schedules in mind.
- And with our "Hands On" Training Plans are provided and implemented
- By focusing on proper equipment Care & Handling and Pro-Active Maintenance Scheduling, our goal is to ensure reductions in Frequency and Severity of Equipment damage
- A dedicated CSS Educator & P.E.M. Program Mentor is assigned to your facility and will work closely with you and your staff to ensure improvement milestones and objectives are met
